Privacy Policy

The answers you enter while building an opportunity map: your business context, the systems you use, the workflows you select and the hours and rates you provide. If you choose to save your map, we also store the first name, email address and optional company name you submit. If you buy an Implementation Planning Brief, our payment processor collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number.

To calculate and display your opportunity map, to email you the private link to it, to deliver a brief you have paid for, and to respond if you ask us for implementation help. We also record anonymous product events (for example, which stage was completed) to improve the tool. These events carry a random session identifier that lasts only for the current browser session, plus the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link (source, medium, campaign) and the referring website's domain — never the full referring address, and never your name, email, company or workflow details.

Product analytics are first-party and anonymous: no third-party analytics provider, no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, and no fingerprinting.

Saving your map does not subscribe you to marketing. We email you the private link to your own map and, if you purchase, your brief. Nothing else, unless you ask.

Your map is not public and is not indexed. Anyone holding your private link can view a read-only copy of it, so share that link only with people you intend to see it. Only the browser that created the map holds the secret key needed to change its numbers or start a purchase.

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, and payments are processed by Stripe. We keep saved assessments so you can revisit them, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

WhereAI can be used inside a Muse conversation. In that case WhereAI receives only the fields that are submitted to its connector — the business context, systems, opportunities and numbers you provide or confirm. It does not receive your Muse account, your conversation history or any other personal context, and it cannot read information you have not submitted. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

A map created through the connector is handled exactly like a map created on this site: the same calculations, the same private unindexed link, the same retention, and the same separate, explicitly approved payment step for a brief. Payment always happens on Stripe’s hosted checkout, never inside the connector, and no card details reach WhereAI or the connector.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties involved are the operational providers named above: hosting and database, payment processing, and email delivery.

Use our support form to request a copy of your data or to have your assessment and contact details deleted. We will confirm once it is done. The support form is the official channel for privacy, billing and deletion requests.

Everything WhereAI outputs is arithmetic on the numbers you enter, with the assumptions shown alongside them. It is a planning estimate for internal decision-making, not financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
