Privacy Policy

The answers you enter while building an opportunity map: your business context, the systems you use, the workflows you select and the hours and rates you provide. If you choose to save your map, we also store the first name, email address and optional company name you submit. If you buy an Implementation Brief, our payment processor collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number.

To calculate and display your opportunity map, to email you the private link to it, to deliver a brief you have paid for, and to respond if you ask us for implementation help. We also record anonymous product events (for example, which stage was completed) to improve the tool.

Saving your map does not subscribe you to marketing. We email you the private link to your own map and, if you purchase, your brief. Nothing else, unless you ask.

Your map is not public and is not indexed. Anyone holding your private link can view a read-only copy of it, so share that link only with people you intend to see it. Only the browser that created the map holds the secret key needed to change its numbers or start a purchase.

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, and payments are processed by Stripe. We keep saved assessments so you can revisit them, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Email support@whereai.app to request a copy of your data or to have your assessment and contact details deleted. We will confirm once it is done.

Everything WhereAI outputs is arithmetic on the numbers you enter, with the assumptions shown alongside them. It is a planning estimate for internal decision-making, not financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
